LINDA ROSE is an immigration attorney with more than 15 years of experience. Her firm, Rose Immigration Law Firm in Nashville, Tennessee, emphasizes business and employment immigration with concentrations in health care, computer, university-based research, and the music and entertainment industries. Ms. Rose is currently serving a second term as one of 21 nationally elected directors governing the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). AILA is the national association of nearly 8,000 attorneys and law professors who practice and teach immigration law. Ms. Rose has chaired the AILA Department of Labor Liaison Committee and was recently re-appointed to the Committee. She is the former chair of the Louisiana/Mid-South AILA Chapter, which serves a five-state region. Ms. Rose is a well-known lecturer on immigration law and has written numerous articles on business-related topics such as National Interest Waivers, Prevailing Wages, and Labor Certification. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Vanderbilt University School of Law where she teaches Immigration Law and Policy. Ms. Rose received her J.D. from the University of Hawaii and holds a Master's degree in Public Health (MPH) from the University of Hawaii and a Master's degree in Anthropology (MLS) from Boston University. She is licensed in the states of Tennessee and Hawaii. Ms. Rose is listed in the Martindale-Hubble Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers for Immigration Law.
