LINDA ROSE has more than 20 years experience practicing immigration law. Her firm, Rose Immigration Law Firm, PLC, in Nashville, Tennessee, emphasizes business and employment immigration with concentration in the music and entertainment industries, higher education research and teaching, multinational transfers, and religious institutions. Ms. Rose has served for 12 years as a nationally-elected director of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). AILA is the national association of nearly 12,000 attorneys and law professors who practice and teach immigration law. Ms. Rose has chaired the AILA Department of Labor (DOL) Liaison Committee and currently serves on that committee, which negotiations policy and procedure with DOL. She is a well-known lecturer on immigration law and has written numerous articles on business-related topics such as National Interest Waivers, Prevailing Wages, and Labor Certification. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Vanderbilt University School of Law where she teaches Immigration Law and Policy. Ms. Rose received her J.D. from the University of Hawaii and holds a master's degree in Public Health (MPH) from the University of Hawaii and a master's degree in Anthropology (MLS) from Boston University. She is licensed in the states of Tennessee and Hawaii. Ms. Rose is listed in the Martindale-Hubble Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers for Immigration Law.
